CHARACTERS AND POSTING
Members should have their display name as something to do with their characters name – what the preferred to be called, and their surname. This just makes it easier to know what to call the character during roleplay.

Members must adhere to a two hundred words per post minimum, this is not difficult obtain as it is basically two good paragraphs. (These rules are nearly five hundred words!)

Please made your speech definitive by bolding the text that is speech or using a different colour. This makes it easier for the other person to work out what it is they can reply to and what are thoughts.

We’d prefer if sex scenes were fade to black, however, if you decide against this, please mark your thread very clearly so as not to offend other members.

If your character has sex, you have to PM either zeppelin or paradox - preferably whoever is online at that time - to find you if you are pregnant. This prevents forty characters from all being pregnant, because that is just unrealistic.

No god-moding. Ever. Please. Seriously. It’s annoying for everyone involved. If you are given permission by the character’s owner, then that’s okay. But it’s the worst thing ever when you come into a thread and discover you’ve become a heroin addict and gotten pregnant without even knowing it.

Roleplay with as many people as possible - this makes roleplay more fun and diverse and it keeps the board active, if your favourite person to roleplay with isn't on for a few days, you may not enjoy the board as much as you would if you were roleplaying with other people - more threads is more fun!

Please don't use too many graphics in your roleplay posts. It just upsets download times and although it's pretty, it can be a bit excessive.


GRAPHICS AND CLAIMS
Graphics in roleplay, ooc or character development must not exceed 450 pixels wide, other than that we aren’t particularly offended. Literally, anything bigger than that will stretch the board and make the admins (especially zeppelin) very angry.

All members must have a signature and avatar of the character face that they have claimed. If you can’t make one, someone in the help board will do it for you. Signatures must contain appropriate images and must be within the constraints of 450x350. Avatars can to be up to 125x200.

Interactions and face claiming are both mandatory, if you haven’t done these things within a week of being accepted, a warning will be sent to you. It makes things easier for everyone.

You must claim your face at the beginning, because after a while, you forget that you need to! If you do not claim your face and someone else comes on and claims your face, they will have the rights to it, even though you were there first. No one wants this to happen!


OOC AND OTHER
Please be respectful to other members, don't use too many profanities outside of roleplay.

If you plan on leaving us for longer than a week, it is essential that you post a notification of your absence in the absence board which is a sub-board in chat.
